I workout because it saves my sanity some days. I workout because it helps the longevity of my life.

I workout because it keeps me active. I workout when I’ve had a bad day, or a good day.

I workout because sometimes it just gets me through.

Then when I look at a picture like this I have to just say wow!

It’s worth it.
