Thanksgiving is coming….

I know you can’t believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner, me either. For me Thanksgiving kicks off the holiday season. I love holiday music. It just puts me in a good mood. If you are like me and the year has had it’s ups and downs the holiday season just makes it all better.

I know that I have my own Thanksgiving strategy for eating what is yours?

I don’t eat until the Thanksgiving meal. I stop when I’m full and then I eat a little more later. That way I don’t stuff myself and feel miserable. I also up my frequency to the gym for that week. I love to eat but I also love fitting in to my clothes.
