The 90’s

I saw this t- shirt on Instagram and it immediately brought me back to the 90’s. Do you remember the 90’s? Those were both the best and the worst times for me. There was a mix of highs and one major low for me back then. What I remember most is that it was a time of girlfriend bonding for me. I lived in Canarsie, Brooklyn with a roommate. We were living the dream. From Friday to Sunday night the party was on. The music was so good, and the parties were how can I say incredible. Every time I hear a song by Escape, or Biggie, or Mariah Carey. I can go on and on, I can remember exactly where I was. My son always says that he wishes that he was born in the 90’s because the music was so good. I laugh and say “ummm no, mom was having a good time”. I say all of this to say life is made up of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Take it in stride remember the good times and keep it moving. Xxxxx
